Breakfast Pie for Dinner

Pies for me are very interesting to make. The first cut on a double crusted pie is is the time to unearth and see the outcome of all the hard day's work. Then comes the most exciting part, tastetesting! Taste how science, math, ingenuity, time and everything natural come to play together in a mixing bowl.

For tonight, I got inspired to do a breakfast theme. I love breakfast foods! So I made a Breakfast Bacon and Eggs Pie!

To make a crust, you need flour, lard, butter and salted water. For the filling, the key ingredients include: eggs, bacons, onions, red bell peppers, basil leaves (straight from the garden) and spring onions.

Now is a time of discovery.

Time to taste!
