This is my second try of Chicken Pot Pie. Knowing me, I'm not the type who loves routine work or doing something over and over and over and over again (even if it's my passion). I love variety, in products, in processes, etc.
When my dad requested for two more chicken pot pies (I guess he liked the first try. hihi), I did them today with mini pot pies on the side (size of a muffin). I also followed Saunder's suggestion of brushing the crust with egg batter.
